Well I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving this year! I had a good time with my family at my grandparents house. I was sad not having my husband home celebrating our first holidays as husband and wife, but we both have a lot to be grateful for! He called me yesterday morning, and it was the best wake up call ever! He said he is doing fine, but staying very busy...he likes he that way....he says it makes time go by faster. Here is a picture of us when I dropped him of the day he left.
Our baby is doing wonderful! She is kicking a lot more now! I love it!! We still havent decided on a name yet, but we will soon! I hope everyone is doing well!! *veronica

Here is a picture of our little girl........ Well it has been yet another hard week for me.....the last time I got to talk to my husband was last sunday for about 20 minutes....He said he was well, but very tired...We talked til about 1 am his time, and he had to wake up at 5am.....so I know he is not getting sufficient rest, but that is the military for you! There has been a lot of commotion where he is at, but I live day by day, and going by no news is good news! 2 months down.....10 to go! I thought that the crying would have been done by now, but I still do....cant help it.....Half of my heart is in Iraq, and the other half is here at home with my daughter (I cannot wait to hold her!!) Today I had rehearsal at church, and I cannot remember when was the last time I sang with everything in me....... The rest of the day I attempted to go shopping for my little girl, but I think everyone in Houston was out and about. I did have an amazing lunch at pei wei, which is owned by p.f.chang.....It was DELICIOUS!!......Gosh! I try to be positive, but I really miss Anthony.....My heart hurts.... First.....Here is a lovely picture of my daughter!!! YES!! ANTHONY AND I ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!! He just found out sometime last week, and is really excited!! He also got promoted to Staff Seargeant (E6) so he is also excited about that too!! I havent talked to him in about 4 days, but I know he is doing well, just very very busy! The baby is doing wonderful, she is moving a lot, and getting stronger! I cannot wait to see her! We are still thinking of names. Corey!!!!!!!!! I told you so!!! Youre gonna be an Uncle!!!!!! You better tell Kristen I did not say that!!! Nevermind I will tell her myself!!! hahahaha Well I am waiting on the call to tell me that you guys are making a trip to Houston......yes...still waiting..... Other than that I am trying to stay strong and focused!! Love and Miss you all!!!! *Veronica

Hello All!! Well today has been one of those days that I have just been so sad......I have just been thinking about my husband all day.......All I want to do is sit and cry!..He had called me on sun night, and I had missed his call, and that was the first time in 5 weeks that he had called. I have heard from him only through email.....well when I missed his call I thought it was the end of the world.......I cried literally all night!!! I felt horrible! Well he called me again yesterday, and it made my day!!! It just made me miss him even more! My emotions have just been all out of whack! Our baby is doing wonderful! I am still having morning sickness, but I am used to it..... I cannot wait to hold him/her!!! (Corey.....do you believe me yet?????) I hope everyone is doing great!! *veronica
